Robin has been involved in mining title administration for over 37 years having held senior positions with the Western Australian Department of Mines and Petroleum, a major multinational resources company and as a consultant.
Robin commenced with the Department of Mines and Petroleum where he was employed for 14 years mostly in various locations throughout Western Australia as the Mining Registrar. He was transferred to Perth where he held senior positions in the Department’ s head office before leaving the Department and joining the Amax Group of companies as the tenement manager. His responsibilities included the maintaining of mining titles throughout Australia, the formation and maintaining of all joint venture and other associated agreements, the seeking of all licenses required in the mining of titles and ground acquisition. In 1994, Robin left the Amax Group following its acquisition by a major Australian company and incorporated Austwide Mining Title Management Pty Ltd (“Austwide”).
Robin has developed Austwide into a leader in mining title management in Australia servicing a wide industry base of mining and exploration companies as well as individuals. Robin’s belief is that Austwide can provide top level professional services at competitive rates.
